I hope you're hungry!  This is an ebook includes 18 recipes used to create a meal prepping calendar.   Most dishes make two servings, one for now and one packed into a container for another day, as a lunch at work or for a night when you have less time for cooking. If you are cooking for two then these recipes work but then you would not have the extra for another day on your calendar- double the recipe if necessary.
